Kathy Holmes was a wonderful buyers agent! It took me quite a bit of time to get up the nerve to actually by my own home, and Kathy showed me properties for about 2 years until I found the perfect one! She never complained I was too much of a problem, or too slow, or too demanding, she just kept providing me with possibilities. Kathy walked me through the whole process, as this was first time buying on my own, and she was right there with me the day I got the keys. I was so happy with her, that when my Daughter & her Husband decided to buy a home, Kathy was the only agent I recommended to them. We were searching for a piece of woods in the area yet living 3 hours away we didn't want to waste time driving to look at property that didn't fit our requirements. We explained to Kathy the type of property we were in search of and were always was shown ones that fit our needs so our time wasn't wasted. We liked all of them but fell in love with the last one and a deal was made. She represented both us and the seller and the transaction went very smoothly.
